im actually (unlike u guys) going to try it.
I did too. It's a trivia quiz with a 2d-done-to-look-3d map-adventure element bolted on the side.
This fact proves to be completely redundant when the player realises that the game's main adversarial irritation in these zones, which come in the form of life-draining spider like things "Herra-Ticks" (I kid you not
) can be completely by-passed without losing health by holding down the run button and pegging it straight through the middle of them.
So with that in mind, the whole game is just a trivia quiz about the bible, with some tedious running between quizmasters bolted on the side.
5 question sets will complete a level, then you get an item (first one being the "Shoes of preparation", which bear an inexplicable resemblance to Abba-esque white knee-high boots) and move to the next map. Repeat.
I stopped at this point. And I only got that far because I should've been doing project work which is due in tomorrow afternoon. Yay for Java image processing! *cough* (read: it's 2am already so a certain someone's going to be pulling an all nighter
)
Not so yay for the game. It gets old really quickly, and the map areas are just pointless.
QUOTE(MajinGohan @ Nov 13 2005, 05:01 PM)I can imagine a minigame where you have to navigate Baby Moses down the river by dodging the obstacles. If you fail you´ll get a "Oh no! Now the pharao will never let your people go! Now Jesus can´t be born!" message.
