Hacking Tinfoil installer not working

Hi I accidently updating my switch to v13.1.0 so I had update everything (usually I follow a eradicatinglove and use his pre-made folders). I have successfully managed to boot into Hekate, my previously installed games all load up and play fine. My issue comes with tinfoil, I downloaded tinfoil installer 13.0. When I try to run the application it says its corrupt, I'm sure I've got the latest sig patches installed. Any suggestions on fixing this problem ?

Quite easy actually. short version I pressed A without reading the message saying update to new version.

Well the thing is a hacked switch should never be connected to Nintendo so there isn't any accidently happening
