Ok, this has to be possible. No doubt about it.
I have used a TI - 92 Plus myself. Very nice, overkill-level calculator.
Why is there no 3DS emulator for it? (Or just a mass-level TI Calculator Emulator for the 3DS in the first place? (Ti 85, 89, 92, V200, All of those and whatnot))
I would certainly put it to use, as I do (and for some reason am allowed) to bring my Nintendo 3ds to school and use it on some occasions.
Plus, there’s already a PSVita emulator for the 92.
Also I have no experience with making 3ds homebrew (but if someone can give me a guide that is actually helpful then I MIGHT be able to try that out, but that is absolutely not guaranteed.
