Gaming "This user cannot play this software "

Before reading:I formatted a previously owned switch and was able to download nsp's via goldleaf (after pushing a hekate payload in 6.2)but since i had a new user I didnt link a Nintendo account to my it and was able to connect it to the internet for updates.
I downloaded MK11 for the switch but couldn't install it, so I updated my switch to 8.1 from 6.2 and I installed it. Turned out to be a letdown so I decided to finally make and link a nintendo account to access things only available online.For the last month my switch was on airplane mode and only connected it to the internet to update mk11 and every game I had (only about 8 games). After that I wasn't able to play any game since it started saying "This user cannot play this software" when trying to start a game after being connected to the internet and without any internet, it just tries to connect online.I saved everything on checkpoint and backed up my sd card on a computer and formatted my switch,same exact message popped up after installing an nsp to test it.I formatted about 3 other times and same problem without a user being linked or even connected online,what can I do now?

Edit: To clarify: You went online to update a pirated game (you claim is MK11.) You are most likely banned bud.

The error message OP is getting I am almost 100% certain is due to being banned. Your console is probably banned (or the emunand is anyway)

There is no bypass technically. You probably need a new emunand setup (Though I don't use emunand, so I am not 100% sure.) Some games require either online to play or that the console is not banned to be able to open. Can you open the game in Airplane mode?

emunand doesnt protect you from getting banned if you still use it online. youd need a new switch

You're using it online, if you're going online with emuNAND. The point of emuNAND is to keep it offline at all times and play pirated games on it. You can go online on original firmware with legitly bought games only.

maybe i can delete the xci and install nsp. it worked for some of my games. maybe it will too for Thread Opener..

I am banned and all of my game work fine. Games like Fornite which REQUIRE CONSTANT INTERNET CONNECTION would obviously not work if you are trying to play a game like that and are banned... But the rest should work.

There are several games I was having trouble with playing on SXOS (Doom and Diablo for instance). The games would freeze and get errors when starting because they always connect with Nintendo servers and can't in my setup. I noticed when I turned the system into airplane mode it skipped the checks and the games ran fine.

Perhaps airplane mode may trick your system and get the game to launch.

Because once you link an account it automatically syncs and sends every data you have to nintendo. All nintendo needs to do is verify if you actually bought those nsp's you've installed.
