This has been something on my mind for awhile, but i'm not exactly sure what the limitations are for Unity on 3DS, part of me believes that
porting something like Pokémon BDSP would be impossible on paper due to the game itself being around 11gb iirc, i'm not very knowledgeable
in this area but it's something neat to think about. (yes i'm aware i could go play ORAS, XY, SUMO, USUM instead) but if anyone has more knowledge
than me on this i'd love to know your insight on this topic alone.

I believe that you could almost do anything on Unity for 3DS, I already did Cuphead worked on Nintendo 3DS
but I am not that good at coding so I have difficulty making the game, and yes, I didn’t port it I just remaking the game for N3DS and it’s works at 60fps on both New N3DS and Old N3DS 🤯

you need to know the way on how to compress, and coding for the N3DS..

that’s all I know 😃

that's actually really cool, i wanted to try porting helltaker but imma have to find a starting point. thank you for the response

I've seen lots of chatter about it and occasionally a proof-of-concept pops up, but I have yet to see any legitimate, completed homebrew product written in Unity.

It's a janky, resource-hogging, and overall terrible platform for homebrew, or commercial 3DS development.

It would be easier just to use libctru or CTR-SDK, each is loads better than Unity-3DS.

Unrelated, but... Will you ever release Cuphead to public?
