Gaming Think k messed up

OK so installed sxos on my partners switch and activated the license on a fat 32 card then realised I needed exfat to run games without splitting so formatted the card to exfat and loaded up forgetting I made a hidden partition on the card for the Emunand, now when try to load get nintendo splash screen and then black, I did copy all files and folders onto the exfat sd card after copying them to my pc, how bad did I mess up and what do to fix

You should have stayed on FAT32 because you don't need to split anything for network / USB installs

Format back to fat32. Then use that card, together with ChoidujourNX to reflash your current version of the firmware with exfat support. Format again to exfat and enjoy your xci and custom xci files without splitting
