Howdy! I've acquired several items over the last couple of weeks...

I've always been a T-Shirt collector, so I got these two shirts...

First of all, normally on a shirt like the above, I'm not particularly fond of a shirt that has sentences on it and NO DESIGN. Sure, you could call the "stars" a design, but when I say design I mean a big fat image that is easy to see and with as little to "read" as possible.. However, I saw this shirt and I thought it was pretty goofy, so I nabbed it.

Secondly, I got this Earthworm Jim T-Shirt (which has a design) from Amazon for $18 clams. I love the game series and the title character is just an "accidental hero", which is why he is so awesome with his silly antics.

Thirdly, speaking of Earthworm Jim, I got this posable little figure of The Man Himself from Ali Express. It's got a solid body, great articulation/posability - hands, legs, head, you name it, and excellent attention to detail and feels very solid in my hands. I paid $22 with free shipping on it. This is a very high-quality figure that leaves little to be desired. There are many "versions" of this figure on Ali Express, so if you like Earthworm Jim you should check out all of the figures and accessories of him. Didn't know where to put him, so I put him in HELL with the rest of its denizens.

Finally (thanks for bearing with me folks), I got a killer KoRn hat on eBay that I've never seen before (not sure, but this hat seems to be a one-of-a -kind). Fits perfectly, velcro-adjusted, and the Korn logo is quite THICK. This is the kind of hat that will last for years

Well, that's the end of my rant!

I just received several used books purchased on eBay, averaging approximately $4.50 USD per book across a few sellers.

Here's the list of titles:
  • Hard Sayings of the Bible by Walter C. Kaiser Jr., Peter H. Davids, F. F. Bruce, and Manfred T. Brauch
  • Hard Sayings of Jesus by F. F. Bruce
  • Hard Sayings of Paul by Manfred T. Brauch
  • The Holiness of God by R. C. Sproul
  • Faith Alone: The Evangelical Doctrine of Justification by R. C. Sproul
  • Defending Your Faith: An Introduction to Apologetics by R. C. Sproul
  • The Pilgrim's Progress by John Bunyan

I really enjoy reading through any notes written in used books. In this batch, the only writing that I found while flipping through the pages during initial inspection was the note from a father and mother who gave Defending Your Faith: An Introduction to Apologetics as a gift to their son, Eddie. It's one of the more sentimental notes in my library of used books. It is somewhat saddening that the book ended up in the inventory of a used book store and did not remain in Eddie's possession.

Bandai announced some new Gundam kits, so I pre-ordered three: the MGSD Gundam Aerial, the HG Red Gundam (the name is spot on), and the HG Light-Type Guncannon. I ordered a clear black R36H for my nephew's birthday gift and an R36S for myself to play with during work breaks. I also ordered two 128GB microSD cards and two 32GB cards. One 128GB card is for my PSP; the other is for my R36S. The two 32GB cards are for the OS on both R36s. I'd rather keep the games separate from the OS so that I can freely update the OS without touching the games.

Bottled our first own recipe full grain beer today, pretty traditional British porter; 5.4%, 36 IBU. Not bad for a first go on own recipe after following the recipes available in the brewing apps. Fermented under pressure and carbonation done in a keg before bottling - nice way to avoid bottle grenades...

Roasty, with hint of licorice and dark chocolate thrown in and mildly bitter finish due hops (although as the beer gets warmer, the dryness vanishes and maltiness and sweetness take the stage.

"Gaming Headset" and PS3 (or PS4?... don't know) Dual Shock.
$80.00MXN ($3.90USD) for both.

I HEAR NOTHING WHEN THE VOLUME POT IS LESS THAN HALF WAY UP AND THE BASS IS *CHEF'S KISS* ❤️

Thought I could connect it to my Android phone via Bluetooth, but turns out I need to root my phone.
It's currently charging but don't own any PS consoles to test it.
Curious if I could use my Notebook though, but I've never been a fan of playing games on it.

Went to the flea market near my home with the intention of getting a "new" pair of headphones. Do it's a nice surprise.
Plus I bought some toys for my niece and Théo, Luna, Bamboo and Kiki.
