I got a macro pad today! Really liked the colours and it's really well built, so I'm happy enough with it.



Unfortunately the json file to be able to remap it isn't available, so I've had to grab some spare keycaps so I don't forget what does what lol. Honestly doesn't even look that bad. If the function keys went vertically so the colours lined up I'd probably just keep it as-is.

I do wish they played into the controller aspect more. The analogue stick it has is (quite badly) mapped to mouse movement. Would love to see another take on the GameCube keyboard.

So I have something come, with FedEx, on Thursday. I have no idea what it is. I originally though it might be one of the 2 things I ordered on Limited Run Games, but my orders still say in production and I don't see some random $4 gunpla water slide decals coming from aliexpress with FedEx.

Im just clueless on what's coming, I have nothing else pre-ordered.

I would currently advise against it though while there’s no way to remap the keys. You can see what they’re mapped to by default from my second pic and it’s not awful, but most of why anybody would want something like this is for the customisation lol

That's a nice box. First Everdrive cart I ever bought came direct from Ukraine in a plain brown box that had obviously been used for something else already and was just a bare board ... I had to scrounge a donor cart shell. That was 10 years ago.

Oh BABY.

So the base along with all the inner foam, plate, stabs, even a weight, cost me $60. Had the keycaps from one of my recent reviews and stuck some Diced Kiwi switches (super cheap but super nice!) in it. Absolutely adore how it came out.

The board is kinda glittery?? Felt like a gamble but super glad I bought it while it was available.

So my mystery FedEx package was my NitroDeck controller for my switch. It's weird cause I got no notification from CRKD or LRG that it was shipped. It's number 193 of 1284.

Bought a control panel for my cheap virtual pinball machine. It has a directional pad, but it’s pretty annoying to use. This should let me use the joystick to navigate as well as use the trackball for a mouse.

Bonus points: shmups are gonna be fuckin awesome to play on this thing!

Found some unused gift cards. I ordered a rear fender and new kickstand for my electric scooter. Also ordered a new horn for my ebike. It’s more like a car horn. Should be here in a couple of weeks. Yes, I ordered it from aliexpress. I’m in no rush to get these, for the killer price, I know they will show up.
