No, not my first. I've done quite a few of them.

The pictures are of the MGSD (Master Grade Super Deformed) Freedom Gundam, MG 00 Qan[T] Full Saber Gundam, MG RX-78-2 Gundam 3.0 (just means it's the third version of this kit), and the MG God Gundam.

I've probably done over 50 by now. I haven't fully painted a full kit because I don't have the paint setup yet, but I'm building a 9x10 shed for my bike storage and hobbies like this. So I'll be able to set everything up correctly and finally get back to airbrushing.
Yup, those are pretty cool! My favorite of bunch is the second one, I'm assuming it's the MG 00 Qan [T]? Forgive my lack of Gundam knowledge lol. None of those are full kits? Could of fooled me

Yes, it's the MG 00 Qan[t], and no, they are full kits. I just haven't painted them or used any decals on them. You don't have to paint them, but a lot of people like to paint them and customize them.

They look completely done for the most part at least to my untrained eye. Using the MG 00 Qan [T] as an example, what's missing for it to be complete paint job wise?

Other than the decals, it is complete. Some of the decals are tiny and take time, so I usually just skip them. Painting is optional, but they can look so much nicer painted if done right.

Bought a DS Lite silver. Looks very nice in that color.

Example photo, not the actual DSL I purchased:

Comes in very good condition, except no stylus which is a bit disappointing. Oh well, bought at a good price so can always resell if I want.

Earlier today I was looking at the EZ Flash Omega, problem is I'd probably use it for five minutes and then never again. 😅

Deez nuts lol gottem

Shading, paneling and weathering (all optional). Gunpla models are fully colored out of the box but they look a little too pristine for a seasoned war machine, so people like to add some texture and detail.

Bought a third party DS Rumble Pak by M3 Real, the vibration is described as "quite soft and not too harsh, but it is definitely noticeable." That's okay by me, I wouldn't want it to be too aggressive, anyway.

Looks like this:

I did see a video on YT that there's a TT DS Rumble Pak and the vibration on that one is apparently stronger (and better than Nintendo's) so I'd like to own it, except it's kinda rare to find it now.

You never know till you try. I bought an Everdrive "GBA mini" cart and modded my old GBA with a FP laminated ITA screen as gifts to myself for last Christmas, and I've hardly touched anything else since.

I mean, replace the Star Wars Lego with Gundam, and you wouldn't be mistaken, at least for me.

And on that note, a bunch of my Gundam/mecha model kit pre-orders arrived, so I got them today.

I also got some paints today, but I have to contact the hobby store I got them from because a couple came dry.
