They only seem to work with Mahjongg, but the fact that they display your hand in amazing to me. I can't think of another game or controller that does this.

Ehm... the dreamcast comes with a programmable lcd inside the memory card that, once plugged in the controller, can be used by some games as a secondary monitor. The gamecube uses the gameboy advance as a secondary controller/monitor in some games.

I was a bit hasty. I meant to say another dedicated third party controller. This was a few years years before the Dreamcast. I'm surprised these didn't make it stateside for any games.
