I have a downgraded browser since yesterday in 9.2 SysNAND 10.5 EmuNAND and today a update nag appeared on my home menu. Why?

anytime a Outdated title is detected when it goes online for an update check it'll say there's an update available, and all updating will do is grab the latest versions of said outdated title. (if you want to get rid of that nag use Tubehax DNS. )
