Homebrew ThemeHax installer failed to download payload

I tried to install ThemeHax on a N3DS with 10.1.0-2, but the installer failed to install, as the payload download failed. Where can I get the payload, and how can I install it?

I don't think I worded things correctly during my searches, trying to search didn't give me anything useful. I know I should search, I've been telling people that myself!
