ROM Hack "The World Ends with You" Sprites

Okay, here's the gist. My computers a piece of crap that can't even play Fable without getting the Windows Blue Screen of Death occasionally. That being said, it's kind of obvious that I don't have the computing power to run a DS emulator (you know, besides that fact that I'm too lazy to learn to hack the archives or whatever if I did have a better computer).

I would much appreciate it if someone was kind enough to submit some of the following: backgrounds, civilian NPCs, and fx ("effects", as in, PYEW PYEW FWOOOOSH BAM AUUUUUUGH!, but instead of audio, visual effects xD)

Thanks! I already knew about The Spriter's Resource, but the other one is new to me. It's another great source, but unfortunately, it doesn't have any different sprite sheets.
