flashcart with games pirated online (shared files) is a pretty quick ban, for mig switch users with a mariko or oled the switch then can only play base version of games, since you can't connect to nintendo to download game updates anymore and installing nsp directly is not an option
a second switch that can run cfw works, but it can be expensive, and not always as available. we have full/unrestricted access to the hardware, it should be possible to reverse engineer how the update sharing functionality works, see how the hardware and the os communicates, and then maybe it could be possible to just have some kind of program on a computer that would just use a built-in wireless card and spoof it by sending the same data in the same format, and that could be much cheaper and much more accessible
the main problem I can think of is that regular wireless hardware might not necessarily be compatible, it might be physically unable to communicate in the same way the switch expects. and if that's the case then it would need some specific if not custom made hardware before it could work, at which point there's no benefit and it would be cheaper to buy a banned v1 or something
