Literally the manual is 2 paragraphs, which tutorial do you need? if you are unable to read 2 paragraphs you deserve not be able to use the product.
Never got a manuel with my order from aliexpress. However considering I could read your reply I think that makes it painfully obvious I have the ability to read.

IS ON THE PAGE AND ON THE THIRD POST OF THIS THREAD.
The 3rd post has 0 to do with the MiG X, I also haven't heard anyone else really mention it as well. So whatever it is you're seeing that I apparently can't see i'd love to get a quote from it because the front page doesn't talk about the MiG X at all.

The MIG X is the exact same. My guide in the OP will work for you

Im 90% certain its the same exact firmware as well but if you could confirm that, that would be amazing

I want to get a mig x and mig v2 but for $80 each I Cant justify it. Thats a lot of 3d printer filament and vapes

The MiG X doesn't require the eject and insert to flash a new ROM to the cart, if you place your finger on the top of the cart it sometimes will flash to a new rom and sometimes it won't. Which is why i'm confused with it's lack of consistency.

The MIG v2 has the exact same issue, the MIG X is just a v2 clone. Sounds like its just a crappy button in general. I wouldnt doubt that the firmware has a flaw as well

But without a mig x or v2 of my own I cant confirm any of this. So its just speculation.

That being said...if anyone reading this in the US is selling either of these I will buy it from you. It will help with making my frankenstien MIG for the v1 owners

Mine doesn't have a button at all. I just run my finger over the top of the cart and it works sometimes.

Hello~I have a mig switch never update the firmware. Can I just update to the latest one? or do I need to update from oldest one to the latest one?

with nxdump does the option for "set content dstribution type to download" matter? I see it on things like updates which are just download, i dont want to missmatch things

I see a lot of postings on here about the MiG 1 / V2 MIG DIY / MiG X they are all made by the same team! just released under different disguises... The MiG v1 works perfect every time when going from game to game! the others do not and are hit miss with there Buttons... what i have found is the MiG v1 works perfect with the Unitek Switch Game Card Reader with Wireless Remote Control.. The MiG v2 / MiG DIY / MiG X / do not work! I have them all and i have tested them all!

I ran across this surfing the web for modded V1 migs to include a switch. This guy on Reddit claims to have done the mod and posted a video to demonstrate the switch working to cycle games. Only thing is they didn't release a tutorial, or how-to guide. Maybe contacting them directly via a private message? Here is the post with the video. Don't know why they didn't release the how to personally. It makes the post and video more of a tease than actually helpful. Here is the link to the post... Someone speculated they used a normally open switch, and set the switch/button to create a short circuit leading to the game cycling. If that's the case, it might be risky to use? Thought I'd post it for what it's worth.

They never do

I also doubt he shorted a normally open button. Theres barely any room to work with in the MiG to do shenanigans like that.

I had to purchase normally closed buttons. That being said I’ll be posting a tutorial and modified 3d printable shell soonish

Focusing my ADHD through various half finished projects is hard.

What's the status of unlock switch? That may have a better button implementation by default
Nothing new. I still don’t entirely believe them

All of their Twitter posts damn near are srupid high school mean girl drama or some stupid photo that we’ve already seen from a new angle and a slightly different tweet
