do u have a working celebii code?

you just need ordinary celebi with fateful encounter flag
maybe you can use pokesav to tick fateful encounter flags and then un-tick it after you done with the event

Do you have a leaf green or a diamond with that code, You could pal park it to diamond and trade over or use a code on diamond to do it?

It is for slowing down pokemon. I use it and swap it in battle with the item of the other pokemon it makes them slower.

You surf from your home town to Kanto if there is a girl blocking your way,you must go to the komodo girls in ecrutek city.Then you should be on your way to Kanto

It is useful for things like Avalanche (you get more damage if you get hit first) and maybe Payback (same thing)...

Lagging tail can be used for moves such as counter, ensuring you will attack last so you can do some MEGA damage, idea for a wobbafett
