I'm hoping that the monster recruiting codes NArin said he was working on will be available soon.

Probably (U)-only again, like almost all really awesome codes... T_T

I was talking about Dragon Quest V for anyone who wasn't sure. Shoat, the US and European versions of Dragon Quest V use the same codes so, the monster recruiting codes will work for both.

Shoat,
i agree with mbruno! codes for E and U should be the same for DQ5

Please be patient, my team and I are busy making new cheats for you guys

porting the code for the (J) version might be easier than to rehack it

There was a code for the (J) version? I was thinking that Narin was working on code for all monsters having a 100% recruit rate. Was there a code like that for the (J) version. I looked at the codes for the (J) version and the only monster related code I saw was one that gives one of every monster.

I thought there was such a code in the (J) version...I'll have to take a look again..

here you go:
"!倒したモンスターが高確率で起き上がる

常にON
921274AC 00003020
121274AE 00002008
D0000000 00000000"

Narin. I noticed that the recent update i got for the code database had some extra codes for Zelda.

However, When using the Trainer codes they don't seem to work. There is an enabler but how do i turn this on in game?

Any ideas, suggestions or answers greatfully recieved

Dragon Master,
what is the flash card that you are using?

There will be an all monster code x 1 for DQV included for the upcoming update
and
don't BUG/NAG for the update because we have to work on many other games as well

@Dragon Master, try push Select...L or R or both..since some codes u need to push a button to activate them..
btw, what are Trainer codes in Zelda???

On the list of codes, if u scroll to the bottom there are some under the heading 'Toolkit Trainer' These look to be the most useful of them all but they don't seem t work

I kinda figured that, as far as monster recruitment code for DQV, that a code for 100% recruit rate(which is what I'd prefer)would have been made, but whatever.

you're talking about the (E) version...I believe that Trainer Kit code is for connecting your Game with your AR Trainer Kit so you code hack codes with the Trainer Kit..I don't see the useful of it here...

there's only a higher recurit rate code in the (J) version, so I don't think someone will hack a 100% recurit code for the (u) version...but you never know

dsrules,
from what i understand the code is like increase the encounter rate of the monster
it doesn't says anything it will enable easy catch of the monster....

what about your understanding?
i will test that code later

Why would someone not hack a higher recruit rate code for the (E)/(U) version? If it exist for the (J) version, it should be doable for the (E)/(U) version.

@elixirdream
hahaha I'm not sure... google translation gives this:
"Get beat monsters with a high rate"

then I thought "Get" would be to recurit...or "Get beat monsters" would mean Get monsters after you beaten them...or this
取得打敗怪物高利率

Well,
i guess i will try that code to find out whether it increases the recruit rate or encounter rate
smile.gif

but from what i understand the japanese and chinese both doesn't make sense to me
smile.gif

it could be recruit or encounter
