Whether the code increase the capture rate or encounter rate?

if it does increase the capture rate then it will definitely help those who wish to make such code

I'd try it, but since it's for the (J) version, I can't(I don't use a flashcart, so I can't just download the (J) version and try it).

well, from my understanding, literal translation would be get higher % after defeating monster or something so if i were to make a rough guess, it would be that this increase the rate that u can recruit a monster.

as for infinite time try the one labelled with TOGGLE
it should work

as far as i know most of the codes doesn't work on EDGE

i got a report from our fellow member .. which works and which doesn't
