I mean, that's just on them for being greedy and wanting to rush out a product before the product is actually done.Actually looked this one up. Not that they deserve it, but in Nintendo's defense, it's pretty hard to put DLC on a cartridge when it doesn't come out for another five months.
The first half of the DLC (allegedly) is on the cartridge, but you'll have to download the second half.

That's technological advancement.
Remember the "starter ink" trick. Ink cartridges that come with the printer are hardly filled half in many cases. You run out of ink very quickly.You will save tons of time and money by not dealing with problems, and by buying a new printer, you get free ink for it, which is so much cheaper than buying ink itself.
