I had a few of these Sound Drops, among them, the coin, which did exactly that. Fun fact: every 100th click, it played the "1up" sound instead.

The "mario jump" one could also play the "ground stomp" sound effect, if you clicked a second time after the jump and got the timing just right. Fun easter eggs.
