Hacking The maker of the iOS 10.2 jailbreak managed to hack the Switch

Yeah, right. You know Switch has a partially-implemented browser for logging into WiFi networks in places like airports and such, right? And it's possible to use a DNS trick to make the Switch load any site you want. This can literally just be a HTML page, something basic like:

You can even see the Switche's browser running from the button prompts on the bottom.
Yep, The Pegasus Webkit bug iirc. To anyone thinking it's fake because it's iOS, it's real and originally an iOS exploit because iOS also used Webkit. The guy just removed parts that were iOS specific and it worked (lol).

Alright, since you seem so sure: what is he talking to from his shell also pictured? Just curious.
If there actually is anything, I'm hoping they at least hold on to it until the console has more features and isn't exclusively sold by scalpers.
Just Webkit exploit, not a kernel exploit so he can do pretty much nothing with that yet
It's a webkit exploit that has been previously discovered. There's nothing really to hide.
This is apparently using the webkit-exploit also used for the iOS 9.3.3 jbme (https://jbme.qwertyoruiop.com/)
Actually even if we are not there yet i think kernel exploit will be a thing in the following month and piracy by the end of the year
i'm neutral towards piracy but i think it is quite realist to say that it will be there by the end of the year ^^

Meh. An image showing "done" proves nothing. Not saying it's fake.. But it's not exactly showing much.
It's qwerty. He knows his stuff and already released a webkit-based-jailbreak for iOS (with the same exploit).
