Hi,

Allright, so everything is working except the save game. I can open all the games I downloaded and I can also save. But then, when I try to load back tthe last time I played it doesn't find the save file. Can someone help me please?

Thank you.

EDIT: NVM, I watched a youtube video and I'm still confused... well I still need help.

Hey guys, has anyone encountered a problem with the music player in Sakura? I uploaded some of my own in it's own folder in the root folder of my micro SD card. The problem I am getting is that all the songs are playing at a slower speed for some reason.

Problem solved, I was about to encode the files into a different format but I thought about changing them to 3pg(thats what the DSi/Saukra reads for movies I guess) but had a second thought and went into iTunes to turn the ID tag version to none. Strangely enough they're playing at normal tempo~

Thanks for the quick reply!

I think I might be having trouble updating my m3i. I copy and pasted the system folder to the root of my memory card. Let it overwrite everything. When I run it, the screen that says "Now Loading" says V.1.40 but when it runs the disk check right after, it shows Sakura Firmware v1.35. I know I'm not doing anything wrong...

Btw I'm using the download link from the top of the first post.

I think you are slightly confused there with formats the native video format of moonshell is DPG format

...ID tag should not make a difference to playback

Are all your files on the root folder !? ...This could cause issues so put them in a folder of their own and not loads of them 20 or 30 tracks maximum

Nothings wrong it's 1.40, they just forgot to change the version number in disk check when they released the update.

Tried both at first, with the 15 songs in a folder and then with the 15 in the root folder, both had the weird sound before starting, then ID3tag error then slow play. Other songs played fine, after I popped it through itunes to remove the id3tag versions, songs were fine. Maybe the tags were different being Japanese songs and the other songs that were working fine were english?

So the update was released 2 days ago? Does that mean(probably not) that it works with DSi 1.4X?

It's very doubtful that they would release a firmware itself that you bypass 1.4 and at the same time we still do not now 2 days after it came out whether it bypasses it yet or not, we woulda had alot of posts like "OMG THEY BYPASSED IT LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL".

If exploader no longer works with sakura, what's the best application for GBA games?

Or will I have to move away from sakura?

Ta.

why would you even need to use GBA ExpLoader at all.....as long as you have an M3 GBA expansion the games run natively. If you're using a DSi obviously it wont work because there's no gba expansion to be found. Yes I beleive that if you're using an ez 3 in 1 or an ewin you need gba exploader though.
