This doesnt just apply to The Incredible Hulk.. It can be used to patch most games that do not work on flashcarts..

This method also works for the R4 and Carnival Games DS...in case anyone is wondering. If I didn't put this in the right place, I apologize...but I thought it would be useful to someone who (like me) was having fits getting it to work on their R4.
