I thought mine was missing it till I held it into the sunlight you need enough light penetrating the plastic to see the text on the pcb.

For the Wii U I bought 3 GC controllers for Smash for the 2 boys and myself and then a cheap wHori for the occasional 4th guest that might be over playing.

At $70 a pop for the Pro Controller I could see filling out my inventory with a couple of decent wired controllers for 1/2 the price of a Pro for occasional guest use. (Of course the guest gets the Pro)
