Exactly. It is a rom, which is distributed over the internet, which is indeed Piracy. So, if my post was taken down for Piracy talk, then this thread should be closed.

Are you going to rant on this point forever and ever? I've already explained that I used a bad wording for what I meant, and I'm sorry for that, as I was in a rush removing posts to avoid even MORE flaming.

The problem was with the "Piracy - Harmful or not" talk. It's not against the rules, but it's not in the scope of this thread to talk of that.

Especially since most people commenting in there will start flaming the hell out of each other as soon as you judge them for pirating.

So please keep that for ANOTHER thread (feel free to open another one right now). That's all.

But anyway...I really wonder what this will lead to. I'm not expecting anything, but I'm interested in what developments will be made.

Yes these are probably the first real roms for the 3DS and its important to disscuss if this is real or not but if this keeps up, not only will the flooding increase, but we may also not be able to post anymore info relating to this subject, and if the mods get really angry with all the commotion, the ban hammers will come. so for once PLEASE Just calm DOWN so we can get more info on this. Everyone has a theory or ideas about this, dont flame other people just because it might seem stupid to you! JUST WAIT AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT! we wont be able to see if its real or not till something is released that will allow us to verify that it works, So theres no point in Discussing it! Believe me, if it works or if something happens, you will find out here no doubt so again just wait.

it's an interesting development for sure but dumping a rom doesn't really mean much. DSiware was dumped pretty early on and it's still not been decrypted.

The mods here sound corrupt, if you don't think like them, eat like them, sleep like them, they will remove your post. In the united states, when a new president tries to run for president, does the previous president shoot him? No, they let each other voice what they are going to do, how they are going to do it, and they don't try to kill each other. Thats not trolling, that is stating their opinion. If something does it once, they WILL do it again. For example, a dog kills a cat it gets a taste for cat blood, it will then go hunt for cat's.

I'm not saying it's real, but it's possible. The modified date is sometimes set to the date the rom was last touched by the devs. Sometimes.

No, that's not true. If someone commits suicide once, it's not likely they'll do it again.

A dog can kill as many cats as it wants, you can only commit suicide once. And the people who don't succeed, more than likely will try over and over again. You can't compare something that can happen over and over again to something that can only happen once.

They probably just wanted to keep it too themselves for a little while to see what they can do with it before they release it to all the others (after all there are people who stand to profit if they can get these things to run)
Most people don't release things as soon as they finish them....they like to have a little fun with it first
