They were never dumped? Or am I just missing them. I would have assumed NEW CARNIVAL GAMES would have been popular enough to dump vs 101 in 1 sports megamix, etc.

Just seemed strange to me is all

sometimes games are hard to get, or release groups don't think it's worth dumping.

Exactly the same reason as to why some games get dumped late. The people who go out and buy the game, don't dump it.
