the kernel exploit here should work for 5.0.0 (the OSDriver option)
http://www.wiiu-info.fr/exploit/
and use this version of cafiine, it worked fine for me on 4.1.0 and apparently works for 5.0.0 too

afaik there is no pygecko for anything other than 5.3.2 so you should really try getting a game to update to 5.3.2 in the long run

Thanks for the files, i'll try them when i get home.
I'm waiting to buy Splatoon (contains 5.3.2) but i'm currently broke :P

Still cant get the exploit to work. I'm just at an empty page and nothing happens.

The pictures in the first post are just invisible for me. Can someone confirm this?
Same here bud.

Sorry, idk if OneDrive changes the direct links periodically or what.. I tried just doing a link to the image instead of putting it into IMG tags. Try that.

Take a picture of your osdriver folder and send me your index.html and payload500.html from your osdriver folder.

So, I'm not a dev or anything but I got everything running fine here. What is possible with the OS Driver so far?
OS Driver is the kernel exploit. After getting that to run you can use Cafiine to dump or replace files in a game, or TCP Gecko to extract files, dump parts of memory, or inject VC games.

@ViolentRockstar, your osdriver folder looks fine. Send me your actual index.html and payload500.html (if you're on 5.0.0) files. Not pictures, the files themselves! Press "Upload a file" when replying to the message.

You could upload them to Dropbox and direct link them here.

Also btw. for some reason Cafiine is not working for me, after the Kernel Exploit I try to open that up but it's just freezing...

Reset and try a couple more times. If still not working, talk to @FIX94 since he's the one who ported the code from 5.3.2.

Uploaded them to my Drive folder ;)
Won't let you upload the payload500.html to Google Drive either lol. Make a backup of your osdriver folder, and then delete everything but payload500.html. Try loading that.

Also, did you set an exception to your localhost directory with your virus protection and/or Windows Defender?

1. Gives me a 404
2. I did set an exception to the WiiU folder

So your problem is with the actual payload500.html, not your index. But it's saying the file isn't found..

You're not using an index.html in your localhost folder, are you?

If you remove the .html (so it's just extensionless "index") will GBATemp let you upload the file then? lol

Well i'm f*cked
I open up system settings and it says 5.5.0...
Weird since i blocked it out of the internet....
Yesterday i was still at 5.0.0 FYI

Seems like i gotta wait until an exploit for 5.5.0 is discovered/released.
It's not possible to downgrade right?

*facepalm*

That sucks dude. Not possible atm. Even if it was, it would require the 5.5.0 exploit to be released. Go enjoy online and rub it in all of our faces lol.

Sorry for wasting your time :P
I heard that MN1 is busy with 5.5.0 so i'll just sit tight and wait
In the meantime i'll just play GC games via nintendon't ;)

Edit:
If any of the devs want a tester for 5.5.0, they can contact me ;)

So, i've tried again - this time i used wiiu-info.fr/exploit and blocked nintendos urls behind my router. the dns settings haven't been touched again.
Here is the Video one with the Black screen - This happened to me 21 times

Here is the Video where the payload532.html doesn't finish to load - This happened 9 times

and after 30 times my wifi couldn't connect to my router... well f** yeah... need to check it if my router went rampage or if something is damaged.

What i was wondering - maybe the Version of the Browser makes some difference?
4.1.1.9601 is the Version of my Browser.

I also removed the SD-Kart and the game disc while doing those 30 trys but nothing changed...

@NWPlayer123 sorry for calling you out to this thread - maybe you have seen those 2 screens? Or do i get something totally new?
