Gaming The Best Cooperative Wii Games

my girlfriend and I are big fans of cooperative games.

we only have a few wii games so far and we really like OBSCURE 2 and BOOM BLOX.

what other coop games can you recommend?

Super Smash Bros Brawl Team Brawl mode.

Thats all I know that is great, Mario galaxy is fun if you are willing to take turns as the main character.

Trauma Center: New Blood. Hands down best co-op I've played in years. It's that good.

Resident Evil - Umbrella Chronicles (i think. It's a shooter)

I guess Mario Kart also if you do team mode

Other than that I don't know of many coop games. You would think they would come up with more since the wii is supposed to be a multiplayer platform. Death Jr. is a great coop and they should just keep pumping out those types of games.

the Crash bandicoot game " Crash of the titans" has a really good co-op mode.

i also found the LEGO indiana/SW/batman games to be really good co-op.

Then some shooters like Resident evil:UC, and House of the dead 2&3, and also maybe Ghost Squad, but that ain't as good as the other two.

My wife and I are playing Germ Buster (the coop mode of Dr Mario) all the time. It is also great fun when you play against another pair (taking turns).

Mario Galaxy isn't bad if your partner doesn't mind being relegated to a very insignificant role in shooting Star Bits and collecting them for you as a cursor.

RE: Umbrella Chronicles is a good choice too, but I hope to God your partner knows how to do the twitch-action commands, or you'll be dying quite a few times. *remembers part with Nemesis in RCPD and the acid rounds* Fun times. 19 times we died there. XD

Under the VC category, Gunstar Heroes and the Contra Series are good. They are both shooters with really good Co-Op stuff. I play both of them with my pretend girlfriend, you might wanna give them a try.

guitar hero co-op is fun. if you have 4 friends you can play 2 vs 2 in mario party which is a blast for my college buddies and i, and bomberman blast (wiiware) has team modes as well

world of goo is really good!
you can play with up to 4 people co-op
