I have not been hacking or involved in hacking any 3ds games in a long time. I am just curious if the community for 3ds hacking has died, or if it's still as toxic and strong as it used to be.

I have been modding 3ds consoles for almost 2 years now and I have not noticed any "toxic" people

Once a9lh died and the ease of b9s came out,the toxicity pretty much went away.

The toxicity was due to the slight brick chance a9lh had back in 2016-early 2017.Everyone wanted to rather stay with rxtools and emunand and didn't like the idea of downgrading to 2.1 in order to extract the otp.Thats probably not it but to me that was pretty toxic.

B9s is pretty straight forward and doesnt risk any brick whatsoever like a9lh did.

No, that's nothing to do with the toxicity I am speaking about.

Would you mind clarifying what you mean?
Well he said that the toxicity was created by a chance of someones 3ds being bricked. Which is not close to what I am speaking about, it was just petty arguments between some users including myself which has ended. But these people I am speaking about were known.

Ohh~ ok.
Honestly like I said a few months ago, it's not nearly as bad. The only real "toxic" parts of the scene are the few Gateway users left that just feel the need to argue with anyone who even remotely sounds like they saying anything negative about the Gateway team.

Shh! They can smell your insults!

The 3DS hacking scene has surely slowed down compared to a few years ago (or even last year) but it's far from dead. I also honestly still have to find any purely toxic members aside your usual suspects but the types of people I'm talking about can be found in any scene.

Just don't expect things to happen as fast as they did sometime ago and you'll have a good time :P

They all moved to the switch
Well except one.
