I don't see why not (speaking as someone who isn't part of the tempcast crew mind). I don't see the special guests as being essential to the show going ahead but I'm sure that it adds a unique side to each show. Of course the more well known you are to the community as a whole and how well you think you'd see yourself contributing to the discussions, the more likely the show will gain interest. Of course I wouldn't say that guarantees getting a spot.

Bi-weekly can mean either 'every other week' or 'twice a week'. The same problem arises with bi-monthly. The only way to avoid the ambiguity is not to use the words at all.

Well you know what i meant,

2 podcast a month. Either the 1st and 3rd week of the month,
Or
2nd and 4th week of the month.

I too like longish tempcasts (seeing as it takes 6 months for them to be released

). I think having the same amount of "child" friendly-ness as this one just ads to the humour (i dont listen to for the facts, i already know most of it).

No, you were good too.....I actually think this is pretty good quality in comparison with some before!! (only if you pay attention on difference in microphone levels, and tinymonkeyts part was rerecorded, she sounded like she's talking from water!!)
