Hacking TempAR on PSP GO

I'm trying not to use cheats on any of my psp game, but I bought a PSP GO for my 6 year old yesterday and some of the games is a little difficult for him.
The PSP has a terrible list of games for little kids, thanks god for minis.
I want to make it a little easy for him by adding cheats, I got TempAR 1.63 running fine but it only works on games from the memory stick. Cheat menu won't boot up for games in the internal storage. I did a lazy google search but came up with nothing.

yes the cheat plugin is in the memory stick

What am I doing wrong?

Just want to post this in case someone is having the same problems
after trying it for the 5th times TempAR is now working in both internal storage and memory stick
I had to install TempAR in both internal storage and memory stick

Dunno, probably.
If it does, keep the plugin on both and hope it works.

it didn't work,
I tried it in the internal memory, froze on me when trying to open cheat
yes, I changed it to ef0:
same result when having TempAR in both memory

I tried CWCheats but it won't display any cheats

guess I'll keep all the hard games in the memory stick, unless someone knows a solution
