It seems that nothing has changed besides that the console is HDMI only.
They also seemed to have shifted the powerbrick outside again making it a tad smaller.

It seems that the current RGH and drive hacks (Flash/Xkey and replacement PCB's) still work.
MS hasn't changed much on the Motherboard it self and the DVD drives are still from Liteon.
*THIS STILL NEEDS TO BE CONFIRMED*

Was a little annoyed when they announced the newer 360 model because I bought the other slim model 2 months ago to replace my RROD 360 which I bought 5 years ago (so I guess it's had a decent lifespan for a 360 console) but I guess all this one is really just a cosmetic makeover.

Its not impossible for them to compile a game and create a virtual Environment that runs natively on PC I guess.
But it's sad if they dont show people the real hardware in action. Could it be that they have yet to start producing the XBone Hardware?

It does indeed have an A/V out but now its in the form of a 3.5mm connector like the one used with some camcorders. Component video is not supported on such a small connector neither is VGA.Not a major problem but I just would've liked the chance to connect the VGA cable to a computer monitor to play games the old school way.
