Using xdelta UI, I tried patching my Berwick Saga ROM but it kept saying "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately

The system cannot find the file specified"

It's either looking for a specific hash for the ISO, or the patch is xdelta3 and not xdelta. The file extension would be the same.
