the factory that made their stuff in Taiwan is currently being searched by FBI and Nintendo representatives
Its also the place that makes the Cronusmax range of stuff and the other controller mods for collective minds the strike packs etc so it's unlikely to see any new stock of them in the short term
This is 100% direct true news from Paul Owen it should break in full in a few days'

Nintendo does not have the authority to shut down websites. They can certianlly send a C&D but im pretty sure xecuter could care less about nintendo's legal threats. I feel confident saying they likely host in a region that has loose regulations in regard to copyright law so that they don't face these kinds of issues. Its likely just normal server-side problems.

Lots of unneeded drama in this thread.

I recently spoke with TX, and they inform me that they just moving and upgrading servers, and migration of all data, forums, etc. is occurring, and with DNS changes, there may be periods of downtime with sites showing offline, but all is good and its just continued part of their previous upgrades this one is more extensive and as such domains may from time to time be not available for access.

If i get more news from them, I will let everyone know.

Hopefully the drama dies down a bit now!

The thing is, it say suspended. Last time it did not. So a lot of people might just have lost their ability to get their license if it's true. But time will tell.

As I highlighted in my previous post in here, that's their old domain which hasn't been used as an official TX outlet in almost 15 years. I found it interesting that Nintendo scooped up an old, defunct TX domain, which is why I linked it. If you showed the full Whois then it also shows that it was last updated on 2018-10-19, so nothing has happened with it in 6 months.

Again, that's an old, long abandoned domain which TX lost control of about 15 years ago. None of the other currently used domains I originally mentioned show anything directly linking to a Nintendo takedown.

I don't want to be rude, but rolling out a dns can easily be done more gracefully than this. I know cuz I did
