Hacking Team Cyclops : New shipment on way to Resellers

Team cyclops have confirmed that they have started shipping new units to Resellers after a long 8 Week wait caused by a Nintendo lead raid on there Hong Kong based factory.

A quick update for everybody waiting:

The first units should be leaving the factory today, and when this has been confirmed with the factory we will be making a news announcement. This means that retailers should be able to begin shipping to customers either over the weekend or early next week

Despite some people claiming that the black EVO will be shipping on 16th November, this is unfortunately not true. We expect to be able to start shipping the black units within 2-3 weeks - however we cannot commit to specific date at this time

Woot!! Finally my forum brothers and sisters can experience the joy known as CycloDS Evolution!!!

More than happy with my R4, but I hope Cyclops does well.

Team Cyclops support has been excellent, you just couldn't get the carts anywhere, so a bit hard to recommend!

I'm not sure where you got your information but that was not their factory. I will try to find the post where this was confirmed.

Please, everybody calm down

There is nothing to worry about, as I'll explain:

• SupremeFactory does NOT manufacture anything for us - they just sell our products. Manufacturing is taken care of by another party and is in no way caught up in the events which have taken place recently. Anyone who tries to tell you otherwise (certain "scene" websites) simply do not understand how things work and are making incorrect assumptions.
• The recent stock shortages have absolutely nothing to do with these recent events. The stock issues are a direct result of component shortages and other manufacturing issues.
• EVERYONE who is entitled to a replacement unit will receive theirs as soon as we have new stock in hand. Our support staff will work with you to make sure this happens.
• Team Cyclops is FAR from dead. We will continue to sell and support our products well into the future.

I'd like to apologise for the lateness of this statement. We were unable to access the forums yesterday and were not aware of this situation for some time.

i couldn't wait for them to come to Australia and then hope that they have enough to fill backorders plus all the current orders since the news so i went with an R4 for now. really wanted one of these pretty bad but i'm glad i got an R4 cause now i can comfortably wait for the black cyclo's. speaking of which, lots of people seemed pissed off that there were no black ones in this shipment o.0

I've been waiting for mine for a looong time ... ever since the spring broke in my R4, I tried to pry it out myself, and it stopped working.

I've been getting by on my Slot2 M3 Perfect for the last couple of months (I needed to finish up some of the Final Fantasy releases for the GBA, anyway), but I longed for the days of a fabulous slot 1 card. I almost broke down and bought another R4, but I was stubborn, and stuck to my guns.

I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of my long-ago pre-ordered CycloDS.
