it is most likely translatable. In order to truly know, we would need to decrypt the rom, and crack open the files. I can talk to some people about it. if somebody want's to pick it up, i'll let you know. If i can't find anyone, i'll try to find a tutorial and you can try it out yourself.

I'm trying my hand as translating the UI elements but i haven't a clue where the text is for the story or anything so.

This thread has been dead since 2016. If you want to restart the project, you might want to post it in your own thread. With that said, it'll take a bit more than just good will, you'll need know-how and tools as well. I'll lock this for now, try to avoid necrobumping in the future, @InochiPM.
