Gaming take out the ar code

Hi I'm playing Pokemon soul silver and I'm done with the fighting gym and this lady comes up to me to give me the hm fly. But i used the all TM/HM code for it and I'm stuck in a loop. Is there any way to reset the code as if I didn't put it in the first place.

Use PokeSav to delete the respective TM's/HM's from your bag and then turn the cheat off.

i am not sure where you got your cheats from but in gbatemp's cheat database...
there is a code that will remove all TM and HM
