T3s.live is a service that allows you to spoof you're own ip to what ever ip you want it to be in a xbox live party I want to know how they did this does anyone know?

And if it can be recreated without buying the service.

That being said, using "booters" and other spoofers to wreak havoc online is bad and should not be done by anyone.
