Gaming System update available in USA

I don't really want to update now, (Due to flashcart reasons..) but there's a system update available now. You can get it if you go to the eShop now.
Let me know what it adds.

Strange, I get the same error too. "eShop is under going maintenance?"

I got an error saying there's a system update and a button to take me to it. So I took my flashcart out and clicked it. Updating and stuff.

I got the same message when I log on to Nintendo eshop and it said " Nintendo eShop is undergoing maintenance."

Finished updating. Now to the settings menu to find the version number..

Go under system settings > general settings > system update

I can still see my Acekard on the menu, but when I boot it, my 3DS tells me to hold the power button.

The camera seems to have updated with a QR code reader.
Anyone have a test code for me to use?
