Hacking System File is Missing

Okay, I really need help. I have no idea what's wrong with my Acekard 2i that I just got today.
Unfortunately, Google is no help because all the results are from idiots who have never used a flashcart before and don't have the bloody firmware on their card.

My Micro SD card, which I used for my M3 Real, has the latest AKAIO and corresponding loader on it. In the root of the drive. It is formatted fat16, though I've tried fat32 and the latest official firmware as well. The SD card works perfectly on my computer and worked great in my M3 Real. Nothing else is on the card at present, because it takes a while to copy 2GB (no it isn't SDHC. 2GB card) and I got sick of reformatting and copying everything back with no results.

What the hell is wrong?

Disregard all of that. I got it to work with the Panasonic Formatter.

Perhaps. Do they make those? I've only heard of fake R4s. Anyway, I ordered from Deveno. I've heard mixed reviews, but I don't think they sell fakes.

Borrowed Mom's laptop (Windows) and used the Panasonic formatter. Now it worked.
