Hacking Sysnand question

I am running sysnand with Rxtools installed on a 9.2.0.20U fw O3ds, i was wondering how i can connect to the internet to use pokemon alpha saphire, like bypass the Sysupdate

Just use emunand it will probably ask you to update. Create an emunand with emunand9 , format sysnand and then use luma3ds to boot your emunand and then update it
