is the sys menus from mod mii homebrew friendly ? plus is it fine to update cIOSX d2x straight over waninkoko rev 20 ?

You are going to need to be more specific. It is recommended that you use ModMii when it comes to installing things such as IOS files or upgrading/downgrading your system menu. It does not really matter what system menu you are on. 4.1 is recommended due to the fact that it is the last system menu that offers anything other than homebrew prevention.

yes, u can do that safely. But ModMii recommends u stay on 4.2 since u gain nothing by changing to 4.3
