no thanks
i just needa raise the target temperature to 65~70C+ so the fans wouldn't spin as much but i don't know anything about coding...
I have already applied liquid metal and drilled some tiny holes on the back for extra air intake(and yes it does gave more airflow) still din't helped
You’d get an overheating warning before it’d even let you get close to 65C-70C

where am I wrong?
why does the game return docked, even if I set all the clocks on the handheld?

i think you have to read more about how sysclk works

in simple words? XD
If you dock your switch then docked settings are applied so if you want to modify docked speeds you need to change docked settings.
To every one else: What is the safest temp to not raise on the switch?

I also changed the docked settings, but the game went further

If I change the cpu to the 1224 in games like breath of the wild, is this going to disable the boost mode that makes the games load faster? And are botw and odyssey the only two games that use boost mode?

No. No, most recent first party games and some third party games use it.

Yes. sysclk lets boost mode do it’s thing.

Man, you're full of hidden knowledge! How do you know that? Most people (on Reddit and stuff) avoid sysclk for boost games because they think this will disable boost. Maybe there should be an user friendy beginners guide explaining all that...

boost mode WILL still activate no matter what I set sysclock cpu to?

That's not true actually, sys-clk overrides boost mode.

I started using this to get around it because it has a feature that pauses sys-clk when boost mode is active https://gbatemp.net/threads/universal-clock-settings-for-sys-clk-and-sys-clk-editor.548829/
