Hardware Sys and emunand.bin to new motherboard?

Hi, my new 3DS XL motherboard died but I have a backup of my sys and emunand can I transfer those to the new motherboard, and how to do it, please help my Nintendo ID account is on both of those nands (my money), and my CIA games and saves.

You need to have decrypted them, or have xorpads. You can probably get nintendo to unlink the account though with a call.

I don't want Nintendo to know that I'm using emunand, so how to ecrypted them, or get those xorpads?

You need access to the original console and the ability to launch decrypt9 for both cases.
