It's actually quite easy to switch from SX to Atmosphère.
There are only two Things you need to download the latest Atmosphère Build and it's Sigpatches.

Download the latest Atmosphère Build and fusee.zip and extract both Zip Files.
Copy the Contents from both Folders to your FAT32 formatted micro SD.

If you still fail to Setup Atmosphère manually dowload Homlet's AIO Updater and set it up while in SX OS.

If you use TegraRCM to Inject Payloads:
Inject the latest fusee-primary.bin

If you have an SX Pro / SX Gear Dongle:

Spoiler: Custom boot.dat Method

• Download this Python Script from CTCaer to create a Custom boot.dat File.
• Open tx_custom_boot.py with Editor or Python Idle.
• Go to Line 31 and change 'hekate_ctcaer_3.2.bin' to 'fusee-primary.bin'.
• Put fusee-primary.bin next to tx_custom_boot.py.
• Run tx_custom_boot.py it will create a boot.dat File for your Dongle.
  
  You will need to have Python 3 installed.

Spoiler: SX Gear boot.dat Method

• Copy fusee-primary.bin to the Root of your micro SD Card.
• Download SX Gear 1.1 open boot.ini with Editor and change payload.bin to fusee-primary.bin.
• Copy boot.dat and boot.ini to the Root of your micro SD Card.

If you have an SX Core / Lite Modchip:

• Rename fusee-primary.bin to payload.bin.
