I had a switch on fw 4.1 and decide that I would update it to latest firmware because I don't mind using the jig to boot it. So I reboot my switch normaly (without sx os) and update it by going directly only and click update.
After I updated it, I put it back in airplane mode and turn it off. Now I'm trying to boot in sx os. I put my jig on and the dongle and pressed power+vol up and all I get is a little flash on the screen and nothing happen.
I can still boot the console normally but cannot boot in sx os. I didn't have auto rcm installed if it matters. Any thoughts ?

Not sure what's going on in your situation, but I would have updated without burning fuses, too late for that now, though. Afaik it's impossible for Nintendo to patch the rcm exploit remotely, so something must be off with your setup.
