Method 1:
(1) Copy XCI to SD card
(2) Launch game

Method 2:
(1) Copy NSP to SD card
(2) Install NSP
(3) Delete NSP from SD card
(4) Launch game

If you think that method 2 is a superior one, well... it's called down syndrome.

Even though you still have to install DLC or updates via NSP, it's objectively superior to use XCI for the game itself.

I can load all of my games as .NSP files as well as their updates and respective DLC just fine and without a ban. While you can do the same for .XCI files, installing those updates and DLC involves conforming to the same rules as installing .NSP games. And some updates and DLC are quite large, in fact larger than most games that are in .XCI format such as L.A. Noire and Wolfenstein. The subjective advantages of .XCI loading do not immediately outweigh the objective disadvantages the file format has. In other words, adding updates and DLC in .NSP format to .XCI games means you inherently admit that .NSP is superior since you cannot load them otherwise. So I repeat: .NSP is superior to .XCI objectively.
I should also mention that .NSP games:
-faster than .XCI
-smaller than even a trimmed .XCI
-can be installed without an SD card
-can be launched without an SD card

The TX xci loader it's just reinvent the wheel, this is the process of .xci:

Load from SD > Inject on the cartige reader driver >> Read from the cartige reader >> Decrypt and extract

And this is the process of .nsp:

Load from SD or NAND (more faster than SD) >> Decrypt and extract (but a bit less than cartige)

Definitively .nsp are better than .xci in all senses, note the double read of xci, the unic advantage it's the run without install, but you still needed the xci file to load it and it's more bigger than nsp, so it not have any sense too.

The cartige images (.xci) leave tickets on the console too so don't offer any protection against ban, if you play same cartige image that one cheater are playing too for example, you have the same cartige cert than him, and your console it's on risk to be flagged as cheater, same about simultaneous runs of same cartige image at same time.
