From what I know, only Incognito RCM shall not be used with Switch V2.
On my side, Incognito.nro is working fine on a Mariko modded with SX Core, and I read multiple users saying it is also working nicely on their Lite.

Yeah, that's why I was asking for some more clarification.

Incognito RCM shouldn't be used.
Incognito mode in Tinfoil shouldn't be used (and is removed from version 8.1.0 for SX Core/Lite users).

I haven't heard of one single report of regular Incognito bricking consoles (specifically Switch Lite, which would also probably include V2 Mariko devices as well). Would just like to see some reports of this before telling people to not install it.

Some guys in TX support chat and my friend (He is professional installer) confirmed that it can brick both mariko and lite consoles.

Just do not use incognito on mariko sysNAND.

It's really case-by-case.
If you don't have full NAND backup and biskeys backup,
you are not supposed to run any kind of incognito.

As reported in this thread, and as I also answered to you on TX forum, it seems that Incognito.nro can brick Mariko/Lite consoles, even if it is working perfectly fine for others.
One member discussing with a TX admin was saying Stealth mode is the only protection we need when using SX OS, but I don't know what this recommendation is worth.

Switchroot devs said they have no plan to port android to mariko. I think you just have to wait.

JKSV doesn't fully work... you can't create single backups, you must backup all your games. When you press "New" on a game save, nothing happens.... You have to backup all the games.

You can now use SX Save manager 1.1 for that.
Just dont forget to create a folder named SXOS on the root of the microSD card

Instead of pressing only "A" button, try to hit "L+A" buttons.

Thanks to everyone for the information, I'm new to modding and I had so many questions that this thread answered. I have this EXACT issue. I have three new v2 Mariko switches with Core modchip. The serials starting with XKW1002 (I have two of them) work properly with incognito. The serial starting with XKW5002 (I have one of them) hang at the switch logo after clearing the serial with incognito. I have tried this probably 5x on the XKW5002 thinking I had done it wrong. Hangs every time after incognito clear. I finally left the serial in tact.

Is it only for XKW5002, or would XKW5001 most likely have the same result for incognito?

Incognito problem is that clear not only serial, but also cert and some other part. In the devkitpro github I read comment from SciresM about that it heavily damage prodinfo that causes issues with https and even booting.

Yes, incognito wipes important certs (including ssl) and other things in prodinfo, you can check it from source code.

Also, I found a common feature from incognito-bricked mariko.
If you see this message (Device ID : KEYSET NEEDED!) in NXNandManager (even with biskeys),
you will get bricked if you use incognito.
