I accidently used a 1GB SD Card for CFW, but I'm gonna be installing .cia's and stuff. Can I simply copy everything from that SD Card to my 8GB one? Or do I have to reinstall CFW?

You could probably just clone the Sd to another Sd then expand the fat32 partition, leaving the raw partition before the fat32 partition alone, (that's your emunand)

Fat16? If the 3DS runs with it, expand the Fat16 Partition.
You only need to expand the partition where your 3DS-Files are placed
Okay, I got it to work. Thanks for the tutorial! (I also fixed one of my other SD Cards that used to hold 16GB, and then I did something on the Wii with it and it only held 255MB, so that saved me zome money.)
