Here are the pictures. Also I mixed up the M92T36 with the BQ chip.
I ordered the 100 replacement capacitors.
I think I will only need like 15 of these (I will probably loose 10, somehow brake 3 and mess up the soldering with one)

Ohh... yeah that is messed up. I would start with chip alignment and cleanup. There is chance you will need new M92T36 and P13USB which feeds from power rail you have bridged.
Also before placing new capacitor check pads of nearby caps on shorts, only one side should be on ground.

If you don't know how to work with QFN package IC's check Louis Rossmann on YouTube, he replaces those kind of chips on Macbooks all the time, and you can learn few tips in terms of soldering.

Well
This doesn't make it any better

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I believe that those are grounded capacitors

Is it still worth trying?

I see you didn't cleaned one side of the chip where you have missing cap.
Also black ones are resistors. You need to take off chip and test or make sure you cleaned bridges at least.
Now 3v and 5v rails are shorted by that blob of solder, ofc you will have ton of things shorted around.
Also i just noticed that you have newer version of the console, V2, it's a fist appearance on this forum so far.
Power circuit tho exactly the same, board just has few small changes.

Oh, my bad. So I also have to remove the solder, right? How could someone mess this up that badly?

Make sure pins on the chip are clean and well aligned, with no extra solder on them.
That is not a worst thing we have seen in second hand electronics.

Looking at the image of your PCB where its melted the chip i'd say its done for, it also looks like you've lost some pads on the PCB as well.

Only one of the pads seems to be broken. Can I use jumper wires?

For me pads are looking good, you need just re-flow them.
Try to Re-flow and give us new picture on this one it's very unclear if pin 5 alive.

It's is not completely f* up, relax, use your heat gun.
Now with leaded solder should be easy enough to put those guys back on place and separate.
Put your gun on mid 300 and work it out slowly.
You just need good Tweezers.
No rush! Good news that MT pads are still good.

Mid 300= 300°C and half air speed?
